The Boulevard is open daily from 10:00 to 00:00 (Fridays from 14:00 to 00:00). The most active period is after sunset when the architectural lighting and rooftop lounges are operational. For photography, late afternoon (16:00–17:00) provides balanced lighting between the tall building structures.
Facts & Legends
The Boulevard is the largest pedestrian zone in Jordan and was built to withstand high-magnitude seismic activity using advanced base-isolation engineering. A unique feature is its "Smart City" infrastructure, which centralizes district cooling and waste management systems for all twelve buildings, making it one of the most technologically integrated sites in the Levant.
