The Praetorian Palace is a 15th-century Venetian Gothic palace located on the southern side of Tito Square (Titov trg) in Koper, Slovenia. It serves as the seat of the Koper municipality and is the city's most significant secular architectural monument.

The palace is a synthesis of Late Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. Its exterior is characterized by a stepped crenelated roofline and a central balcony supported by consoles. The facade is adorned with numerous stone coats of arms of Venetian podestàs (governors), a relief of the Lion of St. Mark, and a statue of Justice.
