Scala Coeli Towers, Salamanca, Spain, Europe
Scala Coeli (Stairway to Heaven) is the tourist route that allows access to the twin Baroque towers of La Clerecía (Royal College of the Company of Jesus) in Salamanca.
Visual Characteristics
The experience is defined by the ascent through the interior of the towers, leading to a balcony that connects the two spires. The structure is built of the signature golden Villamayor sandstone. From the top, the perspective emphasizes the density of Salamanca’s historic domes and spires at eye-level.
