Access is via the local road leading from the I/11 international route. Public transport is provided by bus line 30, which terminates at the Vranie stop located 100 meters from the entrance. The church was constructed between 1947 and 1948 by local volunteers and the Catholic community of Vranie. Before its construction, the village lacked a dedicated stone place of worship.
