Midland Square is situated directly adjacent to Nagoya Station. Access is via the JR, Meitetsu, Kintetsu, and Subway lines, all terminating at Nagoya Station. Construction of Midland Square began in 2003 and was completed in 2006. It was developed by JR Central. The site was previously occupied by railway facilities and yards.
