The Museum of the Slovak National Uprising (Múzeum Slovenského národného povstania) is a monumental architectural complex and historical museum commemorating the 1944 anti-fascist resistance. It is the most significant landmark of modern history in Banská Bystrica.

The memorial is an iconic example of late-modernist Brutalist architecture, designed by Dušan Kuzma and completed in 1969. The structure consists of a massive concrete "split" bowl, representing the divided nature of Slovak society during the conflict. The two halves are connected by a central bridge housing a symbolic eternal flame and the sculpture "Victims of Warning" by Jozef Jankovič. The surrounding park serves as an open-air museum for heavy military hardware.
