Humayun’s Tomb is a 16th-century garden tomb located in Nizamuddin East, New Delhi, India.

The tomb is constructed primarily of red sandstone with white marble accents. It features a central dome, octagonal chambers, and arched entrances. The structure stands on a raised platform, surrounded by formal Mughal gardens divided by water channels.

Humayun's Tomb is situated approximately 7 kilometers east of Connaught Place, New Delhi. Access is via Mathura Road. Ample parking is available on-site. Construction began in 1565 and was completed in 1572, commissioned by Humayun's senior widow, Bega Begum. It was designed by Persian architect Mirak Mirza Ghiyas. The tomb is an early example of Mughal architecture, influencing later structures like the Taj Mahal.
