Frigate Bay is a coastal area located on the island of Saint Kitts, near the capital city of Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis.

It comprises two distinct bays: the Inner Frigate Bay and the Outer Frigate Bay, separated by a narrow strip of land.

The coastline features a mix of light brown sand and darker volcanic sand. The water color ranges from turquoise in shallower areas to deep blue further offshore. The landward side is characterized by moderate vegetation, including palm trees and scrub. The Outer Frigate Bay is more exposed to ocean swells, while the Inner Frigate Bay is calmer.
