Kyiv Zoo (Київський зоопарк) is the oldest and largest zoological park in Ukraine. Founded in 1909, it has grown into a major cultural, educational, and conservation institution. The zoo is a member of international organizations such as EAZA (European Association of Zoos and Aquaria) and is involved in animal breeding, research, and protection programs.
