The Church of the Nativity of the Mother of God is a Serbian Orthodox cathedral located in the center of Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It serves as the primary spiritual site for the Orthodox Christian community in the city and is a designated National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The church is a three-aisled basilica constructed in the Serbo-Byzantine revival style, featuring a large central dome and four smaller corner domes. The exterior is finished in horizontal bands of ochre and terracotta-colored plaster, emulating traditional stone and brickwork patterns. The facade is ornamented with arched windows and a prominent bell tower at the western entrance, while the interior is decorated with a rich iconostasis and expansive frescoes covering the vaulted ceilings.

Construction began in 1883 and was completed in 1885 during the Austro-Hungarian administration of Bosnia. The project was funded by the local Orthodox parish and supported by a donation from Emperor Franz Joseph I.
