Bell Hall Waterfalls is a natural cascade located in the interior of Dominica, near the village of Salisbury.

The waterfall descends approximately 15 meters over a series of dark, moss-covered volcanic rock faces. The water pool at the base is approximately 10 meters in diameter and exhibits a clear, greenish hue. Surrounding vegetation is dense tropical rainforest, characterized by large broadleaf trees and ferns.

Bell Hall Waterfalls is situated 3 kilometers inland from the main East-West Highway (W.E. Douglas Road). Access requires traveling 2 kilometers on a paved, but narrow, access road from the highway, followed by a 1-kilometer unpaved track suitable for 4x4 vehicles. Parking is available at the end of the track. Public transport does not directly service the waterfall; visitors typically arrange private transport or hire local guides from Salisbury.

The waterfall is a result of fluvial erosion acting upon the volcanic bedrock of the Morne Trois Pitons National Park region. Its ecological classification is a tropical rainforest stream system.
