Elkhorn Hot Springs is a natural geothermal spring located near Dillon, Montana.

The springs are situated in a valley surrounded by mountainous terrain.

Elkhorn Hot Springs is located 24 kilometers (15 miles) east of Dillon, Montana. Access is via Montana Highway 287. Turn north onto Elkhorn Road, a well-maintained gravel road, for approximately 3 kilometers (2 miles). Parking is available in a designated gravel lot adjacent to the springs. No public transport services this location.
