Fred Benson Town Beach is situated approximately 1.6 kilometers (1 mile) south of the Old Harbor ferry terminal in New Shoreham. Access is via Corn Neck Road, turning onto Beach Avenue. Parking is available in a designated lot adjacent to the beach, with fees typically in effect during peak season. Public transport options include the Block Island Ferry from Point Judith, Rhode Island, followed by a walk or taxi service from the ferry terminal. Local taxi services operate on the island.
