Location & Access Logistics
Eagle Point Wildlife Management Area is situated approximately 5 kilometers west of downtown Newport, VT. Access is via VT Route 105 West. Turn north onto Eagle Point Road. This gravel road provides access to parking areas within the management area. Public transport options are not available directly to the site. Parking is available at designated pull-offs along Eagle Point Road.

For wildlife observation, early morning and late afternoon offer the best opportunities. Spring (April-May) and Fall (September-October) provide favorable weather conditions for hiking and viewing foliage. Lake Memphremagog access for fishing is subject to state regulations and seasonal closures.
