Lakeside (Baidam) is the primary tourist district of Pokhara, Nepal, stretching along the eastern and southeastern shores of Phewa Lake. It is divided into North Lakeside (quieter, more upscale) and South Lakeside (denser, nightlife-oriented).

The area is defined by a 3km strip of hotels, cafes, and shops facing the lake. The architecture is a mix of modern concrete hotels and older stone structures. To the west, the view is dominated by the lake and the World Peace Pagoda ridge; to the north, the Annapurna Massif and Machhapuchhre are visible between buildings.

Internal Navigation: Highly walkable. Bicycles and motorbikes are the standard rental options. The main road runs parallel to the shore, with "Ghats" (numbered access points) leading to the water.
