Visual Characteristics
The church is a massive structure designed in a blend of Spanish Colonial and Modern styles. Its exterior is characterized by a stark white, boxy facade with a prominent central bell tower and a series of vertical fins that add texture to the building's height. The interior is vast and column-free, featuring high ceilings and a main altar that houses the canonically crowned image of Our Lady of La Naval. Large-scale murals by National Artist Carlos "Botong" Francisco and stained-glass windows by Galo Ocampo decorate the interiors.
