Turn north onto State Route 35, then take the first right onto Panorama Point Road. The park entrance is approximately 0.8 kilometers (0.5 miles) up this road. A paved parking lot with capacity for approximately 30 vehicles is available at the park entrance. No public transportation services directly access the park.

Panorama Point County Park was established in 1975. The land was acquired by Hood River County Parks and Recreation Department for public use.
