The mall's architecture is inspired by ancient Egyptian themes. The exterior features sandstone-colored facades, obelisk-like towers, and hieroglyphic carvings. Internally, the central atrium is designed to resemble a pharaoh's tomb, with columns resembling papyrus stalks and a glass pyramid roof.

Wafi Mall is located at Oud Metha Road, approximately 5 kilometers southeast of Downtown Dubai. Access is via Sheikh Rashid Road (E11) or Oud Metha Road (D79). The nearest Dubai Metro station is Dubai Healthcare City (Green Line), located about 1 kilometer west of the mall. Bus routes 6, 9, and C15 serve the area.
