Visual Characteristics
This contemporary glass and steel structure measures 156 meters in length and 6 meters in width. Its wave-like form is illuminated by 10,000 LED lights, creating a dynamic visual display at night. The bridge's canopy is constructed from steel and glass panels.

The bridge is situated in the Rike Park area, connecting to Rustaveli Avenue on one side and the Old Town on the other. It is accessible on foot from the city center, approximately 1km from Freedom Square. Parking is limited in the immediate vicinity; public transport is recommended. Bus lines 31, 34, and 50 stop near Rike Park.

Designed by Italian architect Michele De Lucchi, the Bridge of Peace was inaugurated in 2010. Its purpose is to serve as a modern architectural statement and a pedestrian link between the historic and new parts of Tbilisi.
