Kalimanj Marina is the traditional city harbor of Tivat, situated in the southeastern part of the city center. Unlike the nearby Porto Montenegro, it serves primarily as a communal mooring facility for the local population and small private vessels.

The marina is a sheltered, circular basin characterized by high-density moorings of traditional wooden barks and small fiberglass boats. It is enclosed by concrete piers and a stone breakwater. Kalimanj is located at the southern end of the Tivat city center, bordering the Belane district. It is accessible via the main coastal road (Jadranska magistrala) and Bulevar 24. Novembra. Pedestrian access is continuous from the Pine Embankment. Ample street parking and a dedicated municipal parking lot are located near the marina entrance.

The harbor was developed as a natural shelter for fishing and transport vessels long before the city’s modern industrial and tourism expansion. Geologically, it occupies a natural inlet of the Tivat Bay. During the Yugoslav era, it was formalized with concrete infrastructure to support the growing local nautical community.

The primary activity for visitors is walking the perimeter of the basin and the breakwater, which offers views of the Sveti Marko and Island of Flowers islands.
